I'm looking for any kind of networks that allows me to give a share of the revenue to users on my homepage.

I have contacted some but they all seem to be against it.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Then your users will be completing the offer just to make money and the lead would be worthless to the company, why on earth would they agree to this? I mean..lol.. I've read this question over and over am I missing something?

Give them something cool to download once they complete the offer..?

The offers are not for the users to complete - it's for the visitors visiting my users smaller sites on my site

incentivized offers are typically not allowed unless the offer is merely to collect data...such as emails, contact info, etc.

But where exactly lies the problem?

Let's say it's an affiliate product; The network, advertiser, publisher and the user on my site will earn more?

That may be because the user would complete the offer (even if he/she might not have wanted to) because of the incentive. I would have complained too if I was an advertiser.

Yeah. But not if it's a product you actually have to buy to make revenue?
