well we're to start I've spent around 450-500$ on microniches, scarpebox, backlink services and article writing services. And I've only profited about 50-60$ I was doing decent for awhile with a movie niche before most of the cpa companies decided against allowing them on there networks. but ever since then I've had no success and I'd rather give up then continue spending/wasting money not seeing any positive income

What site was it? If you give up you're wrong in this business - you need to keep on going !!! Maybe we can help you

You should not give up mate,
what happened to those MicroNiches?

An there are still some networks which accept Movie Traffic .

Failures are the Basis of Success Stories. You are never going to get success on first attempt.

Splashing the money is not going to make you money.

First, you need to understand how all this stuff works.Even you understand a bit,you will earn.

Find alternatives like Adsense which you can use on your movie site.

You know there was a Google interview, Google said they failed in many projects, spent lots of money, and failed. Failing is the road to success, now you failed, who cares? Go to the next step, learn learn learn, I've failed lots of times, investments vanished, never give up, continue your road, there will always be bumps, ups and downs, but you will pass them.

@jas11 they dropped in traffic (a lot) even with updating posts etc and i would probably still be doing a movie niche except since i'm from the us and there kinda cracking down on stuff like this i'd rather not get the friendly ice page or raided lol.

It doesn't matter how much money you sink into a project, if it's the wrong project to begin with. That's why niche/keyword research before hand is vital.

First thing you should change is never spend money in IM that haven't came from IM. Go to fiverr, go to BST.... sell some service and spend that money on your websites.

That way you re-enforce your skills and never are in a loss.

What if you gave up and only needed one more week of what you were doing to hit the gold?

The most successful marketers are the ones who have initially
failed the most, and most of them are glad to admit it. However,
they "Fail Forward", which means that they keep trying things
with the full knowledge that some - if not most of those things
will fail. But they learn from their failures and throw out what
doesn't work and keep what does work.

I once read about the famous inventor, Thomas Edison. While
he was in his workshop one day, someone said to him, "Why
do you keep trying to invent that stupid electric lightbulb?
You have tried over 1000 times and it has failed!" Edison
replied, "Failed?! . . . Not at all! . . . I have figured out over
1000 ways that my light bulb won't work! . . I am getting that
much closer to finding what WILL work!"

Now THAT is what you call "Failing Forward" :)

Cheers! - "Wiz"

Never give up mate, just move on.

What happened to your micro niches sites ?

I my self have invested over $20k in the last 3 months on list building and in my own opinion I will never get back this money from it. But I don't give up.

Just remember take action at what you are best and you will success

Myself, I've been on a roller coaster ride in IM. I won some and lost some, you learn from your mistakes and move on.

Don't quit before success happens. There were times when I made 1 little tweak, 1 small adjustment and it made all the difference.

Stop spending $$ too. You already have some great tools, now read more threads on, and off this site. The knowledge here is invaluable and free. Maybe in a few months you'll be starting a new thread on how you turned failure into success.

Good luck...

Investing money doesn't make it come back in seven fold mate... I started with 0$ now earning good money, BH style but I will start Long term projects one time.
Don't give up, success is just around the corner - bad spirits want you to give up and not discovering the treasure :)

Yeah its tough, I've been in similar position but everyone on here is right, its just about continuing. My mistake was thinking it would be quick, which it isn't, or so it seems, maybe experts can get it done quickly. But the key is scaling up I think. Thats what's been taking me so long to get going, learning how to do these things myself, building websites, optimising, etc cos I'm in this for the long-term. If you think long-term with no quick expectations and minimised initial cost, you can really do it. Its just about being prepared for the long journey ahead.
