So yeah, I stumbled upon some software, and long story short, I figured out how to find nice MNS keywords. Unfortunately, I already have like 6 sites, and I simply do not have enough funds to actually buy more, so I'll just give them out. First come first serve.
I will only serve newbies, as in people with less than 200 posts (come one now, if you have over 200 posts on this forum, you should know how to make money already
). Here are the average specs of the keywords I will be giving out:

- At least 1300 local searches, and 2500 at most, so low competition
- at least a $0.60 Adsense CPC, but it's usually higher than that.

- Buy EMD domain for the keyword.
- Get cheap hosting, such as Hostgator.
- Install wordpress on it.
- Download a high CTR theme from the Downloads section on this site.
- Buy 3 optimized articles from the BST section of this site, or read up on how to make 500 word articles that are optimized for Search Engines, so you can make your own at no extra cost.
- Place the articles on the site, along with TOS, Privacy Policies, and Contact Pages.
- Buy an SEO service, or build links manually to the site.
- Wait about 2 weeks.
- Write another article (or buy).
- Install Adsense if you haven't already.
- Wait another 2 weeks.
- ???
- PROFIT!!!
