Giving it a second go

Hello all,
I've been here before and learned a great deal. Was able to get several websites up but none made any real profit. Life events happened and the sites went into neglect and finally expired.

Have worked from home for years with my 9-5 and wasted an incredible amount of that time just surfing or playing games. With this in mind decided would give it another shot and attempt to follow through with some long term projects.

I know my passion and it is a seriously overpopulated marketplace. With that in mind, my short term goals are to design a website that I'm interested in try to drive traffic to it. Currently, I'm building up the site with articles I'm writing from scratch. Also building up followers on 3 different Twitter accounts, and need to begin SEO.

Currently trying out multiple Wordpress themes for a news site. Is there one that is popular here since I know the pros can probably whip up a full functioning site with content in a few hours. I've been working for a week and still not happy with the layout I currently have.

Welcome back , yes , newstheme , sahifa , smartmag are the best themes imo , hence why they are the best sellers, but you can find great free themes (or nulled )

Just because you decided to do something is already a good start. Keep in mind that IM in general got more competitive these days. Good luck on your new journey

What I'd suggest is buying a theme if you really like a nice one from an authorised seller, or even better use a free one to start out if money is tight.

Don't be tempted with a nulled / cracked one as you don't know what virus or malicious code is hidden in them.

Welcome back, just saw you joined date, 2012. Just a 2 cent from my side, whenever next time procrastinate, just though what you got from years in between joining BHW and back to BHW.

This is the only account I had. When I started reading the forums again went back to my password safe and account information was still there. Just had to do a password reset and was good to go. Thanks for the offer but I have access again.
