I wouldn't do that. It would be like saying "here's a free ebook". They would download it and quickly ask for a refund.

Say that the refund would be given after the guarantee period expires usually in 60 days.

Already ask CB , they said i cannot give cashback incentive whatsoever.

People can still get refunds after 60 days period. Happens all the time.
