Giving away software with a sale?

I was wondering if there is any possible altercations I might have by giving away a wordpress install as well as some plugins for people who purchase my product.

This would be similiar to how jeff johnson gives his seo traffic program out to his clients.

As long as its all free plugins and themes and such is it fine to bundle it up and give it away as a download?
