Hi everyone. I would like to giveaway some free custom bots. Here are the details/requirements:

-Bot must be fairly basic
-Bot must not require any captachs
-I will only pick ONE at a time and work on that one until I am done or don't think I can complete the request
-I am NOT guaranteeing any ETA or if I will even be able to finish the project
-The bot I make will be given publicly for all to use

The reason I am doing this:

I am currently enrolled in college for a computer programmer analyst degree. I was supposed to co-op this semester, however, due to some complications I was unable to get a co-op. I am finishing school in the September semester and would like some examples outside of school to show potential employers. I could also use the extra experience. Just remember, these bots could take me a while as I'm not exactly the best programmer around, I am just doing this for some practice.

Requests:

Please leave your requests in the thread and I will pick one to start with. Please NO PMS as I would prefer that the entire community benefit from this. If you have some crazy method of which you do not want revealed, then this probably isn't the place. So anyway, leave an idea and I'll try and see what I can hash out!

EDIT: Please note that to run my bots you WILL need the .Net Framework version 4, which can be downloaded at:

Sweet! I just need a bot that properly scrapes twitter followers from specific accounts.
 
Damn! I was going to say "No Twitter stuff" due to the recent lawsuit and what not, but since this isn't really a "spam" bot, and because your name is a pretty colour, I'll try and hook you up lol.

Hi,

First of all thanks a lot for making these.

I'm looking for a bot that justs creates youtube accounts from a list of Gmails which you have (For example if I have a list of Gmails in the format account:password, it goes to youtube and creates a youtube account for them)

I would like a bot that can login to my own wordpress site and post spun comments to random posts or a list of posts I load in. Good way to build content on my own site... Login to the site so it bypasses akismet/spam protection.

If you can't do that, no worries. I appreciate you making this thread anyways.
 
Interesting idea! I may consider it but I would like a few more ideas to choose from.

How about a bot that loads up a list of proxies, goes to the page and clicks on a button(you teach it which button to click),rinse and repeat

Sounds pretty interesting, however, I would have to use a webbrowser inside the app which makes things pretty slow, not to mention I have never used one before. If you would like, I could probably do this with a specific button or link, or, allow the user to import a link and it can visit the link with all the proxies.

I am going to ask something big.. making a forum active is really a pain.. would like a bot which creates user accounts in my own forum, and post scraped content from yahoo answers and other review/comments site (after mixing).. based on keyword provided..

Another interesting idea. Only thing is that signing up for a forum probably requires captchas. I have no experience implementing captchas but I may attempt it sometime soon. I'll keep your idea in mind. For reference though, what engine is your forum running?

Hi, if he is trying to use it in his own forum, I think that he can disable that captcha security while he is using the bot. I don't think if the modern boards have that option, just an idea.
 
I would like a bot that scrapes for keyword content and copies the content to a notepad or wordpad document.

also a repinner for pintrest and something that can post pins to your pinintrest account

Could you please explain a little further? I am not quite sure what you mean by keyword content. Do you mean find articles based on a given keyword?

As a programmer myself I think this is the best idea for you to implement:
Its easy to do, just use ezinearticles to search the keyword and scrape from there. It is also very useful to everyone here.

not sure how thats going to work, but okay!might still get what i'm after.

Basically i need a bot that can click a vote button on a site,only one vote per IP per day is allowed, see where i am going with this :)
