-You can use a free subdomain, or your own domain name;
-You can use free hosting ( free hosting no ads.net is great );

What I will do:
- I will install last version of WordPress, and I will configure it;
-I will install a premium template for your website, and configure it;
-I will install SEO, Security and Performance plugins ( best from the market ), and configure them;
-I will install & configure Social Media plugin;
-I will create at least 5 Social Media accounts, and integrate them with your website;
-I will install contact form ( with, or without Google map );
-I will create, install and configure Google Webmaster Tools&Analythics, and then I will integrate them with your website ;

The value of each website is up to $15.
I will use nulled premium themes for each website.
It's a big advantage for who has his own domain name.

No theme customization;
No .css customization;
No .html customization;

Depends of the niche of your future website, I can provide some PLR articles. You will spin them ( search on bhw "article spinner" <-> I preffer best article spinner, from google ).
