I doubt the guy could do that...as I guess it's a 'copy/paste' kind of work, but from my experience - without concrete and reasonable task description, you might spent a lot of your OWN time to teach/describe the person what exactly you want to be done....
It's funny to read this as a job task "search in web/type in word"...

I don't know whether it is right or not but need to offer the free services on a limited slot. Like first 10-20 or 100 people.
Because it's against the rules if you give unlimited free services while advertising your services through freeways.
