Give suggestions to my site

Hi,
I'm a total newbie to this and I've made a site promoting ClickBank products.
It's kinda like a review site.
Will this kind of arrangement get any clicks or traffic?
Please give me some opinion so that i can improve it.

Your site appears to be quite bland. It isn't really attracting. Try adding some pictures and colour.

I can appreciate that you wrote these reviews yourself, well I assume you did but there does not seem to be an awful lot going on to keep me interested and to be honest, the English is pretty poor.

Don't be discouraged in any way though, I'm sure you can improve this.

I'll write my review about your site in the next few lines but please don't take it personally.

Your website is a good example of why noobs fail and give up quickly.

You picked up a general idea thinking that you will increase your chances of getting visitors and sales. But what you are doing is exactly the opposite, you obviously didn't try the products you are promoting or have the language skills to persuade your readers to buy these products.

Take a moment and remember your first day at your very first job, what did your boss teach you that day? Only walk you through the basics and kept your duties at minimum.
That's exactly what you need to be doing, starting small. pick something you are familiar with and have related product or adsense for monetizing. Do your keyword research and build your website.

This will be a good start and it will be much easier for you to earn some money.

That's not true
the visitor will see the look of the site when they are already there
SEO and advertising campaigns are responsible for the traffic, the look of the site might play a role on how long the visitor stays

I have one more suggestion to add. In your header instead of saying "Welcome to my site" you should give a brief description of what your site is about.

Right now the visitor is being greeted to a site which they know little about. Try explaining what your site is about briefly.

Your site is like rubbing saltines in my eyes. I can help you with the design but your site needs a focus, proper branding and a new layout.
