can any one give some suggestions what to do with them in order to get daily 10 to $20 thanks

I would say make a quick blog site about these with some services like article writing or website building some type of freelance things or maybe some affiliate programs could work for you good luck

i 'm not understanding your post, but if you need suggestion may be you can try something easy like a review of hot topics, you could make many visit each day on your wordpress blog and generate some ppc profit
