I'm making a no-kyc crypto exchange via Telegram and Discord bot. Essentially how it works is you send cash to a PayPal.me link, and the bot sends you the cryptocurrency you select. Obviously the main problem right now is legality because I have no licensing or KYC, so my main questions are:

- How should I go about cloaking the PayPal.me link, and what other payment processors should I add besides PayPal and CashApp? I was thinking about amazon gift card, and cash by mail, and some sort of credit/debit card gateway.
- How should I deal with legality? I feel like right now we're in a legal "grey-area".

Right now the bot itself is fully functional

You should rephase that to be illegal "grey-area" its more accurate. The transfer of cash via exchanges is highly regulated in most countries so people don't scammed in money laundering schemes. Hold on... your username? lol

the username is not intentional I swear lol:weep:. But I already put so much effort and money into building it so I feel like I can't jump ship now - I mean so many people sell reps, and IPTV, even though I'm dealing with the SEC I feel like this isn't as different right?

I think this is all a temporary solution. Sooner or later this scheme will stop working. We need to be prepared for that. Just like any other business.

Sounds like a risky venture and also interesting... Legality issues could snowball fast without proper licensing.

The username might not be helping your case! :D Just kiddin' mate.

Good luck on this project.
