Give Leith Some LOOOOVEE Advice!

Okay, I'm going to make this quick and short. I moved colleges and it was my first day today. I've been moving a lot but I am pretty confident that this college is where I will be for a while.

I've had 2 girls in the past, and I dumped the first one. Second one dumped me ( :( ).

Now there is this girl at College, and she seems to be a great person. I'm not your typical shy person who is afraid of talking to Girls.

For some reason, this girl is making me a bit nervous. She's hot - so you gotta understand that there are a few other boys on the same line as me.

For now, I just want to get my name out there and at least be good friends for now.

What would YOU do? I'm going in tomorrow again so what steps should I take?

I was told to do the old "Hey, can you help me out - I'm lost and I need to get to this classroom" trick but thats pretty pathetic in my opinion.

I'm not new to this, and I have had girls in the past, but this one - I NEED YOUR HELP.. DON'T JUST TELL ME TO GO AND SPEAK TO HER.. Give me some techniques I could use ;) Cmon all you pimps out there..

I don't know if there is some trick you could use , in my opinion you should just go to her and say that you are new in your college and you could use some new friends to adapt .

Hmm, I could do that but you know - I wanna be a really good friend for now. I wanna do something different, which makes her think "Shit, this guys different" and then from them onwards, she'l be the one coming to me ;)

I wanna be different :)

Im really good at speaking, and speaking with girls - but this one for some reason, I just cannot. I don't even know her name, LOL. :)
 
I dont like coming in from the friends angle. Once you get friendzoned its hard to get out of it. I would pretty much ask her out on a date. People try to make picking up chicks into rocket science. If she says yes you got a chance if she says no then not. From my experience anyways.

Well first you need to make contact with her for her to know you that you're different . I would go with my idea and then act like a mysterious guy , not too much into her but not completly indiferent , girls love a misterious guy and a confident one :) , you can't really be that different in her eyes unless you go to her and say I make x,xxx a day , be my gf (jokin haha) .

Good point. Me straight asking her out would be more awkward in my opinion. She doesn't even know me at the moment. Man, why is this so hard? But thanks for all your comments guys > love you all ;)
 
Leith just be yourself bro thats the best advice maybe do some research see
what she likes ice cream coffee what ever then when the time is right and you will know
invite her to one of these places but make it seem like not a big deal IE

I would love to just go to her and say. look yeah, I'm making $2500 a week. (That is a SHIT LOAD of money in the uK) -Go out with me. But scared that might backfire. This girl is more of a personality type, not money.
 
Please don't try to be at "least good friends for now". You'll be friend zoned and once there there's no going back. I could give you some advice but the chances are that you won't get what I'm talking about the right way, so I suggest you to read a few Pick Up books/ advices :)

The reason why I posted on BHW is to avoid reading those gay books on picking up chicks. BHW could do better with their tips and suggestions. And yeah, I don't want to be too much of a close friend. I can pretty much build it up once I get to know her, its just the starting bit I need some help on.
 
Go for it, buy her a massive bunch of roses while sipping on some Grey Goose.

hmm... well i guess first interaction with a college chick should be short... and simple! ( you dun have to be a pickup artist)

the next time you see her.... walk towards her... keep your gaze on the way...
when you are about to cross her... look towards her..... and Stop!

either by a action or by words..... tell her that she have got something on her face ( my english sucks!) by something on her face i mean somethng like a coffee mustache .... u got my point?

anyways .. for sure she will respond!..... Compliment her ! say " see you around" .... and leave

I think you should go and talk to her and ask her out for a movie or something. She is in your college but is she your classmate as well?
 
Just be yourself, And make her laugh. That's all you need to do. If you can engage her in good conversation, and get a few laughs out of her.... she's yours. PERIOD. (Confidence my Friend)

And for Gods sake, DONT TAKE HER TO A FRIGGEN MOVIE! Worst thing you could do, if you truly want to get to know her. A quiet dinner, or drinks at a local pub, or even a walk on the beach/park is what you need to do...
 
Give her a compliment. Not the usual "Wow, your hot" type compliment, but compliment here on something that doesen't have to do with her looks. Like if you notice her carrying a book for a course which is pretty complex, say something like "Wow, your taking Calculus? You must be incredibly smart."
