i still think its silly at this point
by the looks of it there will be 20+ fishing blog sites with identical topics/headers published next week
we should make a bhw fishing keyword competition - see whos site ranks best!

I had a good look at your speadsheet ,and i see little flaws, but as your work goes ,and thinking your bang on.

Flaw 1.
I dont agree with the amount of times you mention the keywords on a page 1 or 2 times is enough.....

How did you come up with the second part of your heading , the first part the main keyword , but the secound part i suggest a lsi ...

I dint see any cross matching ,any heigh amazon selling products , naughty boy lol

Also i dont think your thorey on keyword domain is correct , for a branded website it is , but for any other , any domain will do , as long as the title of the domain is keyword seoed , any domain does... as long as the title flow with the website article's ,any domain is fine....

I think your backlinking is relining on tumblr expired links , there more 2.0 then tumblr , a mix and match also boosts website postion ....

Your good at what you do ,and well done , you have already proven your abilty to earn good money from adsence ,on this forum...

I am sure your going to be a assist to bhw

Hi,
using 5 keywords in a 1000 words article gives a keyword density of 0.5%. i think this is very important from SEO point of view. using the main keyword 5 times not only makes the content "Relevant" but also gives you an opportunity to interlink pages within your blog (on page SEO). You can also create backlinks using same keyword as anchor text, which gives Google a signal that the content is so much related to that particular keyword, and you'll get a definite boost.

The Heading
The first was the SEO heading. The second part is researched using tools like answerthepublic.com. Such titles are more likely to attract more clicks.

This blog was not at all thought to link any amazon product. This was just an exercise for myself. I know there are many flaws and i would love to hear the critics so that i can refine my understanding.

Well i still think 2 times is enough for google to no what the keyword is.

You can do onsite seo ,and get even better results ,in linking a word near the main keyword so google picks the keyword it self ,and link to a article with wiki in the niche subject

Google no your main keyword ,from the title and the article , when the key word is placed inside it , google not thick, it very intelligent and gives credit to those that dont spam there main keyword ....

Thats a great tip.. I should give it a try. does it have to do something with RankBrain?
 
Not at all ,it just how the new panda update made a hole in it linking strategy

You can know manipulate articles to your needs as you can imagine
