I have learned a ton from this forum and recently went to Jr VIP. I have noticed that people tend to give something to the forum after they go to Jr. VIP. So, I am going to do the same. Not that it matters but I got into IM to build another passive income stream. I decided to do this through authority sites and bought ten (see my journey thread here). I was going to flip all of these, then decided to keep them, then realized that ten is too many projects. I am going to keep five, and flip five. But, before I do that, I am going to offer guest posts to the members here, on all sites. I share that I am flipping five of them because I won't be able to control what the new owner will be doing with these sites when I sell them.
