Alright guys, every day I encounter keywords that I cannot sell because they do not meet buyer expectations. 99% of the time, these are just a tad bit harder to rank. What I mean is, the ones most people expect for micro niche sites are beyond easy to rank (just make a domain and throw a few backlinks at it with an article or two).
So I have these keywords that are a bit harder to rank (on a scale of 1 to 100, they'd be anywhere from the range 20-40).
