1)At around how many followers can I earn anything?

2)Do people come to you for shoutouts or do I need to go through a website that sells them?

It has been said by users that if your content is unique or you are the influencer then you could get anything when you are 20k+ but if the content is random then the possibility is very less.

How many people view your story in 24 hours?
I am pretty sure you can start, from my opinion 10k+ it's enough to start monetizing, but make sure you do it safe
