If all friends are real and active than it's worth it. Just don't screw yourself over by signing in to them all with your own ip, purchase a private proxy for each account.

This. If you plan to buy them, think about everything that could go wrong. Also, make sure you're able to verify (if needed) via mobile.

The friends are real i think,because the guy who sell them raise this profile's with his Facebook pages,for the activity they get 200-400 like/photo and i think is pretty decent when you think a page with 5000 Like has difficulty to get the same amount of like

I have a couple of questions related to this topic. I also have several fake accounts with many friends and followers but
I have never used a proxy to login into my fake accounts.
1.Does that mean that they (the fake accounts) are already worthless because my real IP was saved with this account?
2.What do you mean by: "everything that could go wrong"?
3.What is a reasonable price for a private proxy? I quickly googled and found an offer over 1$/proxy
My plan was to either redirect the friends/and followers to a fanpage of mine or send affiliatelinks via message.

It may worthy, if most of the friends are real and from targeted geographical area. Make sure that most of friends are real.

You can get aged facebook accounts from bhw marketplace and promote your profile on some fan pages and you are good to get started.
Once you have 1k + friends you can easily spend as you'll receive ton's on recommendations and req due to female account.
And getting account with 4k friend qucikly can ban the account.

The oldest the account the better that is for sure,but is very difficult to find and old one who hasn't been harvest from the previous holder.
The best way i think is buying new one and make at least the investment(100/4=25$) and then you can slow things down and take the time to build a community who really follow you
