Gigsterrbot ripoff?

First time poster...hope you can help

Ordered Gigerrbot over a day ago. I was quite looking forward to playing but alas it's a no show...like nothing but a confo email I have emailed them a few time and again no show.

So wondering if anyone here has any advice on how to get my money back or get the programme.
