I am looking for gift cards business owners to explain to us how does the business work and how to scale in it knowing that i am coming from iptv business background. Is gift cards business is considered as high risk ? Is it illegal ? How can we manage to make some decent money from it ?

Most gift cards in the store actually are inactivated and have no value until rung in at the cashier. Cards cost pennys to have on display until sold and activated. Store that sells the card has they money until the settle up with the card company which takes time.
Also the place where the card is valid has your money long before you use it.
For if the store has an average markup of 20% and an average item sells for $40 they are making $8 profit already and if you don’t use that $10 it is all profit. If you buy a second item to use it up now they have even more profit.

Interested in this subject too. But from what I have heard the sellers who are able to provide Gift Cards for extremely low amounts suck as 30% of the value obtain this cards in illegal ways.
