Gif attachment was replaced by the system today

yesterday i upload a GIF attachment to the post on this thread:

i saw it correctly yesterday but today it was changed to someone else JPG attachment, that is not mine, this is a very strange bug, that can cause chaos on the forums, please check and fix at high priority
