    Hey Guys,
I searched here all over for my problem, but can only find some information about it.
Whenever I pin a high quality, non spam image to Pinterest, it never ends up on the categories board. I tried to wait 12 hours or more between pinning new images (actually even more than 24 hours in case of any spam filter), but it never ends up on it.
This is a legitimate account that has no affiliate links on it. The only thing i did was open two more accounts on that IP address, but have not really used them as I once got to the Captcha part that warned me that it looks like I am a spammer. (Even though all images where "housewives" pins.

I read here on BHW that this is known as ghosting pins and that there is a thread in the Pinblaster private forum. Has anyone read that thread and can help me out.

I am not ready yet to ditch my own legitimate account which has already over 100 followers. I contacted their support but have not heard back from them.

Does somebody have any clue what is going on?

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I am having the same troubles. Pinterest is messing around with its algorithm right now, and nothing is stable it seems, it's hard to tell what is a bug and what is a sneaky attempt to trip up the bots. I have 100 accounts posting 2 pins a day (plus some likes, repins and comments thrown in) and until three days ago every pin got on the category page and got 100 repins. Now only about 20% of my pins make it to the category page and seem to fall off way quicker because I'm never getting the volume of repins I used to get even though the pics are the same quality.

Everybody is saying that only 'power users' can get to the category page but that isn't completely true because many pins in each category are from pinners who joined recently and have under 50 followers/pins. And I'm randomly getting 20% of my pins to the category page for at least a while. But I think it is a good idea to start interacting heavily with your niches and trying to get them to follow you (but even the home page that is supposed to show your followers pins is acting weird right now) and hopefully things will settle down a bit soon.

I'm really glad you are experiencing the same thing, I thought it was my accounts getting ghosted for briefly having a redirect on one of my links (got blocked with a spam warning as soon as I posted it). Sorry I am no help.
