A couple of ways one way you can stuff the tags an description of the video with your keywords. Make sure your keywords are also in the title. Besides that to get to the top for a keyword your going to need people to rate, and make the video their fav. The more views you have also helps. So its a variety of factors that will determine how high you will rank for any particular keywords relative to other videos trying to rank for the same keywords on youtube. hope that helps!
