Don't try PayPal. The offshore account is maybe the best. You will spend some money but it is safer and better than any other option.

@ the OP: Are you doin this to avoid paying taxes on it? I've been thinkin about the same thing recently.
So do you all think an off-shore bank would be the best way to go? Even if it is 1k up front like someone else said, I'm sure the amount you would save on paying taxes would be way more than 1k so it would be worth it.
The best option is to set up an offshore company in BVI or Delaware those jurisdiction are tax free and company setup is about $1500. For an extended layer of protection incorporate with nominee share holder and nominee director - this means some other people from some 3rd world country will appear as owners and manager of that company. Anyway even this is not 100% safe if you do something illegal there are papers providing proof those people act at your command and on behalf of you.

Stay Away from paypal! haha You need an online banking method that offers an ATM option so you can withdraw it with out and suspision.
Regards to the pre-paid credit cards they usually have a limit about $250 before you have to show proof of ID

Get an account with Liberty Reserve, they're in Costa Rica and have been around since 2002. You can visit Liberty Reserve dot com. A lot of major blackhatters and hackers use them. They'll charge you only $2.99 to transfer $10K+ to another bank account. They are outside of US jurisdiction. It's kinda like E-Gold, but deals in actual US currency. If you don't want to take my word, due some research in the forums online. I agree with the others, stay away from Paypal like you're Dracula and its sunlight.
