buy video promotion... i guess..
nobody will be able to give the views for free..as far as i know...

Looking to get traffic or views? Can buy views easy and cheaply enough. Free method to social bookmark it to get some traffic that way. Backlink to it also. Both of those will improve any search results on google and inside YouTube.

I'm no youtube expert but I just wanted to pop in and say that thsi video is pretty funny. Once it gets some exposure it might become one of those really popular ones. Also I know that a good strategy is to use your video as a video reply to an already popular video of the same kind. This will get you some traffic.
