I did exactly this. With the same amount of views as OP, I’m getting around 2-3 clicks per day. Take his advice

i have the same results; quora look spammy, so people don't trust links on quora any more unless you gave them a good reason to click your link.

Are you direct linking or sending them to a landing page? If you are direct linking Quora may have whatever it is you're promoting blacklisted.
Maybe buy your own domain name and have it redirect to your offer?

yes direct linking but shortened url..everybody doing the same..
i think aged account matters...
