Getting views from specific country

How to get views from specific country (Germany)? I upload Bundesliga highlight videos and most viewers are from Germany ( around 95% from search list), but I need to get suggested/recommended in Germany. Buying targeted views didn't help me.

If you want your videos to be on the search list in Germany for that topic you need to rank your video for the keywords and titles you are using just buying Germany views direct wont get you to the top in Germany. SEO search views relating to your video in Germany can help but they might not have good retention.

Thank you for reply. I know how to rank for the search list, I am always in top 3. But I am trying to get into recommended section, right when you open YouTube's homepage.
