getting views for Youtube

Can a new Twitter account, get views for a Youtube Channel?
of course both accounts with the same name, same niche...
i'm planing to grow the Twitter account with twitter ads
what you think?

actually a good idea
but how will you connect twitter ads with your niche? is such a thing even possible on twitter?
also i think it will be difficult to get people from twitter to youtube

Maybe he should pay for youtube ads instead? But views from ads don't count to monetization...

i need to know if Twitter can help in views (among other things), i already do Youtube ads.

That is correct. However, the resultant benefits of the ads will help towards monetization. For example : watch hours derived directly from GAds campaign will not count, but it will be helpful, because the subscribers gained through the Google Ads campaign, many would watch future uploaded videos of the channel and those future views by them will count towards watch hours. If a video (channel) is appealing, good content, etc and promoted with an affective campaign in Google Ads, it often results in engagements (subscribers, comments, views).
