Getting Verified with Purchased Accounts

I have kind of a dumb question. Whenever facebook/google/yahoo detect a login from a new place far away from the place where the account was created they force you to verify your account via sms/phone.

I was debating buying accounts over in the marketplace but im not sure how the sellers deal with this. Do i also need to track down proxies in the same area where the accounts were created, do the sellers help with the verification, etc?

For security reasons they do. I think you have to buy proxies for the same location .
