Getting Verified Paypal Account?

Hello everybody

I am from Pakistan and Paypal doesn't accept Pakistani people because of which I am unable to make a verified PP account while being in Pakistan.
Ebay requires you to have a verified paypal account in order to receive funds but because of this problem, I can't get a verified PP account.

What should I do? Is there any proper way to get Verified account? I tried Payoneer but PP doesn't accept them anymore. I tried VCC but got my account limited just after few days and now, I don't even have $10 to buy another PP VCC for verification.
I also don't have any friend/relative outside Pakistan who can help me getting a verified PP account..

Is there anyone who can suggest me some way to get one verified PP Account?

Look in the marketplace for people selling virtual banks and verify a fake pp.

Its possible to open a paypal account and get it verified using Payoneer virtual bank account, you can search the process in Google, there are a lot of helpful articles on this topic.

Try Bitcoins or buying gift cards and using them like cash. These are just a couple of cash out methods that work when you dont have a bank account.
