Go to marketplace and look into SMM panels. There are 100s.
Many have verification service.
You can submit your profile + details for eligibility check first.
If you are eligible, you can then order the actual service.
Can cost anywhere from $1.5k to $5k.
Highly depends on what kind of articles you have about you. What blogs, news sites, media sites mention you. And so on.
There is no secret about this and you don't need to approach a random person. Best bet = marketplace.

How can you qualify? Number of posts and followers?
It's just proving that you're a celebrity or important figure of some sort with reputable backlinks from places like wikipedia's or Forbes. I dont know what these places do that charge 1k and up it's a bit unfair to ask that much. I'm wondering how it's even legal tbh

You need multiple articles written about you and published, possibly a wikipedia page and as well you need to have some sort of influence in a community somehow

I don't think you will get verified, unless you are a public figure or a business brand.
