Getting verified as a Doctor (blue tick)

Hey lets say you are a fresh graduated medical doctor with a 1k followers, and you want to get verified.
Let's assume you want to do it for your own for the thrill, instead of hiring an agency for 3-5k. How would you proceed?

I think that you have too little followers to try it.

So how many followers do you suggest one have and what procedure to take. Also can one use fake followers to get verification

i think so too, lets say i do more than 10x growth and i have >10k followers.

does anyone has an idea, why Instagram verifies some doctors, but others not. any tricks, how to appeal more "important"?

1k won't be enough, create a blog and linkedin post frequent to show authority and try to get some other webs to publish about you.
