Getting VCC in Entro Pay in India

From many weeks I've tried creating VCC in entro pay using my credit cards and have been un-successful all the times. When I contact my bank they say that there is some network issue in transferring the same to entro pay. Can any one suggest any bank credit cards which work in entro pay apart from ICICI and SBI credit cards.

entropay has been banned by indian banks . It doesn't work anymore ,which makes it pretty useless .
 
Any other way to get VCC from Entro Pay for Indian customers.
 
It is not banned but blacklisted. You will have to contact the bank and tell them to unblock the usage of entropay. Make sure you tell them a good reason since many fraudsters use entropay to steal money from other credit cards.
 
I am using ICICI debit card, and I created 2 vcc's in entropay already.
There is no issue on my end.
 
I don't understand how you have created VCC using ICICI have you created it recently ? I have contacted them several times and they say that there is some N/W issue with Entropay. BTW mine is an add on credit card which I have used I many international websites and it works flawlessly. I finding the issue only in entro pay. I don't know what to do.
 
I remember creating a vcc 1 month back. I used international debit card.
 
Okay I retract my earlier statement , its not Indian banks its just Govt banks . My SBI yuva card was blocked when i recharged my entropay using it . I had to get one of my friends to unblock it , my local branch staff was useless.
Now i have a 20,000 FD with SBI and a credit card which comes with it , life's much easier and less costlier
 
HDFC does all ! Never had any problem with HDFC. Change the bank.
