Getting Username From Inactive Account

Is there any way to get username from inactive account? Lets say I want account xxx and he posted last time 2015 and I cant find a way to contact the owner, is there some methods for this?

Well I'm sure that you are not able to get account name which for you is inactive, because you can't be 100% sure that this account is inactive, maybe someone is using Instagram just for DM's.

All you can do is wait till Instagram will delete inactive accounts.
