Getting U.S. account

The only thing I need to do is to get a U.S. sim card and when the phone has a U.S. sim card, videos will be uploaded to U.S. viewers? What if I get the old sim card from my country, will that still work?

You need either a US sim or IP. If you go the sim card route, just get the cheapest prepaid option you can find on ebay or amazon.
