Getting Twitter wallpaper, pics, bios etc

I am using a Twitter account creator but need to get a supply of profile pics, locations, web, bio and backgrounds.

Any suggestions on where I could find those?

Thanks for the suggestion but for now I would prefer just ready made sets. I had a look in the downloads section here but didn't find what I was looking for. Its probably there but sometimes my creative juice is low, like today, and I don't know what search phrase to use.
