Hi all, I'm a complete newbie, just started my first blog, getting ok-to-poor traffic, just checked up on it this morning and i'm getting most traffic from a 'site' called trickip, anyone know what this is?
Also, anyone got any newbie tips for getting more ad clicks?
Thanks

Get lot of Traffic to your Website , your AD will stand more chances of getting clicked then.
Traffic is the Key to Adsense.

Dont buy traffic that will be waste and you might end up getting banned from adsense

Crimechimp,

Have you tried visiting the site that you are receiving traffic from? What type of analytics platform are you using? In programs like Google analytics, the referrer shows up as a link in reports and you can visit the pages that are sending you traffic.

As far as getting more clicks, you can try increasing traffic by doing on-site and off-site SEO, participating in social media and blogging or adding fresh content on a regular basis. The more traffic you have coming to your site, the more likely it is that clicks will increase (all else being equal).

There are a variety of ways that you can drive traffic to your blog but your number one way will be to generate interesting content that people want. Whether it's purely writing, video, images or some combination, you need to find a way to get people interested in the blog and then they will visit on a regular basis and some may click ads that you have running.

Here are links to information on driving more traffic to your blog,

Best of luck!

I think those visitors are bots. not human. Are you getting any kind of IPs/ URLs to determine? then its sure a bot.
you should study a lot to get more and more visitors. then you will get clicked on the ads.

When I click the link in google analytics, the page cannot be displayed, i suppose it is a bot yeah. Thanks for the help on getting more visitors guys.
