Uploading videos is not the only way to get lots of traffic on YouTube. You might want to implement some other YouTube campaigns on the side. Like comment marketing and linking back to your one video. Some social signals will also help rank your video in the searches.

You dont need that much views at all, i send like 5-10k and make alot from that, sadly my videos always gets removed from Youtube within 2-3 days but but, still profit and not hard work at all

I agree with dheer, the most important thing is to get views on your YouTube video and the traffic will follow.

The number one thing is to have a good title and good tags (and not too many of them), after that, just get views, as many as you can, then the organic views will come, and you will get leads.
