Getting traffic and sales from amazon to my ecommerce site?

Dont know why, but G analytics reports traffic from amazon.com as the refferal, why is this? I did put some reviews including my site. Of course I cant put a hot link in amazon. is analytics able to know if someone leaves amazon.com to go to my website by copy pasting the link?

I don't believe so...do you use CPC ads? I have heard of those showing up on Amazon and eBay and then those sites showing as referrals, but if not that then I have no idea!

And I had no idea amazon posted adsense advertising. I might as well go direct and advertise with amazon adds?

So just to be clear, if I was on Amazon.com and I copy pasted a url from amazon.com and went to that new url, google analytics would show amazon as referrer?
