Getting the urge to quit my full-time gig and work solely on IM. It's been a long journey, but I'm finally able to make few bucks. Although I'm currently outsourcing a lot of work still, I feel like I've hit that peak on my time I'm able to invest. I feel like I'm getting the max out of the time I have, and if I want to make any more I need more time. So - I'm thinking about quitting the full-time "real job" and going full force with my IM work.
I'm totally nervous, because it is such a huge jump; and just wondering if anyone can offer some advice, pro's/cons, etc.
