Getting the ticket closed emails

I’ve been getting one every 5-10 mins for the past few hours. Saw someone else had a similar issue and it’s due to reports being closed? Any way to sort this without messing with the spam filters?
I got some on 14th september. You're not alone. Something is being played on I assume. :D

Edit: ohh it seems those are responses to your reports. Atleast that's the case with me.

They are. Idk if they’re old reports being dealt with or newer ones. Either way, if I get a mail for every report I’ve sent in my storage is going to run out.

There was a thread in this section about the same issue but that went unresolved I think.

I guess that in Account Details: Email options - Receive news and update emails, will fix this, but tbh I'm ok with it.
Won’t that stop the other emails as well? Like the ones for conversations being started and watched threads being responded to? I still want emails for that haha.

I received 4 e-mails today. One about opening the ticket and 3 about closing the tickets. There is no other info on the mails.

So, this is because you're reporting posts. Every time you report a post, this creates a ticket on our end, so that we can action it internally quickly. We recently turned emails back on (after doing some backend work) for created and closed tickets to give more transparency into what's going on with tickets.

I think I have a way of stopping it for reported posts only, but will need to dig further - leave with me.
