There should always be a strategy to rank your own blog not to try to rank someone else down. If you can manage to rank yourself up, obviously the other guy will come down. If you want to do that only for the sake because you are jealous of that person working hard and getting good results, then let me tell you, no one will be interested to help you.

Take it serious Bud.I believe this is not possible directly.Unless he is doing some really stupid things that annoys G.Beside why you would wanna do the neg!! take it as a challenge and challenges can be fun.It only makes you grow ,when you do the opposite ,you know.. your next competitor will be asking the same question about you.
Nobody will help you. Why waste time with somebody else's blog when you can concentrate on ranking your own site?

Some kid recently Neg SEO'ed by authority site by blasting porn links and guess what?? First my site disappeared and then returned on #1 spot. This Neg SEO'ed benefited me actually, before the atack, i was at #8, after the attack i am at #1.
