Getting targeted customers for B2B ??

Hi,

I started selling batterys online. At the moment I rely on GoogleAdwords and seo traffic. My customers are lighting, ebike and vape companies...
I thought about sending E-Mails(i would buy email lists) to those companies, but it's not allowed in my country to send email newsletters without confirmation from the receiver. What are some good ways to get targeted traffic without SEO amd SEM?

Get a Windows VPS in the US and send emails. I have really solid list of over 10k vape businesses and it's netted me quite a bit of cash. You should definitely try the email thing.

What country are you in that doesn't allow email marketing?
