Getting started

Hello, guys! I hope that this is the right place to ask, if not please correct me and I do apologize. Anyways I am thinking of creating a exchange site similar to like followlike*net, likemefast*net and etc. I want to expand the idea by adding the ability to select targeted visitors as much as possible and if everything comes up OK, will offer advertising for both advertisers and affiliates. Now to get to the questions..

1. What features should I offer to make it on the market?
2. Any suggestions on how to advertise it? (would need help and am open for offers feel free to let me know)
3. What do you think of the idea?
4. Do you think it is worth it?

P.S.: Any opinion is welcome, but please do not judge me

1. u need to add several services apart from likes. i.e. pluses, followers, etc
2. best way is to drive mass traffic to your website for relevant kws. Use Adwords + Cloaking
3. idea is nice, but there are lots of suppliers outhere - including Fiverr gigs - so you're definitely in a competitive niche here
4. worth it ? depends on u and what u got to offer - I suggests u try and see

Kind of inspiring, at least the idea didn't got thorn apart. And yeah it will be targeting likes, follows, tweets pluses and etc. So for the cloaker I am planing to do one myself for engaging the the particular needs that will be within the site ie. analytics, etc. [if you provide me with a few tips on adwords+cloaking PM or post no matter]
