Getting started with my MNS

Hi, my new MNS site is up and running and I think I'm done with the On page SEO for now. I got a few unique well written articles to.
Basicly I don't know what to do now. I figured manual work would be the best as I really can't afford buying any tools such as scrapebox right now.
Is there any good guide here on BHW? I have tried searching but didn't really get any great success doing so.

I have came across lots of different terms such as social bookmarking, web 2.0.. and the lists goes on. This is apparantly very important to include in your SEO work to rank the site. Well guess what, I don't have a clue how to perform this.
So, where do I start. How do I get started? Is there any free tools that could faciliate the work?
The site is wordpress based.

Wierd enought I already got a site with 600 visits a day, I really don't know how I came there. It's blogspot based. I can't remember building any backlinks etc I just submited it to the search engines and post a shit loads of content.
