During a recent relocation I've had to research multiple companies regarding property management, moving, junk removal, etc... Many of these companies had zero reviews across yelp, google, and social media platforms so I continued my search for a company with good reviews. The companies without the online presence are certainly losing a lot of money. This brought back to an idea I've been flirting with for a long time and that I know was popular here once.
I've done a search but it only resulted in things that are much more complicated than I'm looking to get into to start. Are there any guides on here for starting a no-frills ORM / PR company? Site building, link networks for SEO, adwords, and so on are great, but I feel like so many of these companies just need a very basic online presence.
I'm thinking of starting something that will help them get positive reviews across the various review sites, will reply to all reviews, will set up social media pages and publish content on those pages.
Some of the things I'm really looking for are any kinds of dashboards that make this kind of thing easier, ideas for pricing, and anything I might be overlooking or oversimplifying.
