Getting started adwords+clicbank

Okay, I'm going to need some help with getting started using adwords to promote clicbank products.
What I have done so far: Got a fresh gmail, clicbank and adwords account. Ordered 7*$100 vouches.
Now, how do I get started? As this is my first time I'm not sure how to do this even tho I have read threads that explain it for example the "The Easiest $100 A Day I know" thread.

This is what I think that I will have to do:
Start a "campaign" in Adwords and fill out billing information etc, then enter one of my afflitiate vouchers for $100. Then I get to the point where I'm lost. What now? As I haven't recieved my vouchers yet I haven't started the campaign so I'm not sure how it looks like when I have started the campaign. Will I have the opportunity to enter the link I got after clicking "promote" on a clickbank product?

Another thing that I read in other threads is that I should enter a false billing information and use a US proxy, why? I live in scandinavia.

So to make a summary out of this: What should I do when I recieve my vouches?

Remember, adwords doesn't allows affiliate..
Make sure you make a squeeze page with blog and everything..

Don't enter false billing information using proxies.. thats called FRAUD !
 
I just entered one of the vouches codes for $100 that I recieved a minute ago, but my account still says that I got 0.00 cash. I just remembered that I chose a different type of currency when I created the account as I'm not from the US but should that really be a problem? Shouldn't the $100 just convert into my currency?
 
Aight I fixed that problem, the account is now balanced with $100. I have created a campaign that leads to my clickbank product. I sat the maximum amount per day to $30 if I chose a higher amount is the chance of a sale going to be higher aswell or how does that work?

Adwords says that my campaign is "active" but is there any way to get a confirmation on that as I got no clicks yet? :)

Straight to the product I promoted (the link that I got provided from promoting)

I looked into adwords a bit more and found out that under the "ads" tab it said something like "The ad is not qualified"

Probably a ridiculously dumb question but am I supposed to shorten the url in some way or how can I avoid it?

So, would this be a good blog if the product would for example be about... a complete android root guide etc

A preview of the site with some copied pictures from the site, perhaps just copy a bit from the product site?
Can you recomend a clear blo*ger theme that works well?

Maybe there is a way to implant a java script on the blog that sends them to the product directly?
 
You have to have all privacy, disclaimer pages on your blog. Lesser it looks like as an affiliate blog, better chances your campaign will stay on.

No adsense ads on your blog. If your campaign was already denied, delete it and create a new one. Hide your afflinks.

Wierd thing tho, I created a complete new campaign and submited my new blog there, the blog had no links to affliates only had a picture from the product site that didn't say anything about selling stuff etc. As fast as I created the ad it instantly was shown as "Not qualified" Can they really review it that fast?

Edit: I had to click "Qualified" text before I saw the not qualified message, but after some adwords faq reading I understood that that means they are still reviewing it. Sorry :)

A minute later it changed to what I wrote in the last post


May I use the product site as the shown url and my blog as the site the clickers get redirected to or do I have to use my blog as both else I won't get accepted? I mean people are probably more attraced to the site if it's not a bl*gspot.com ending

your landing URL must be matched with display URL, otherwise you will get denied. You can try some cloaking method, but even so, you still have high change of getting busted.
