Getting some decent traffic, what next?

I think keep advising to somebody needed on this topic, will surely help you.
Because every young guy wants to look perfect in shape, that will give you more traffic.

You can offer advertisement space on your website for other websites. Put up a "Available ad space" picture on a good location on your website.

You can also email other website owners and tell them about you offering advertising space on your website. Show them some statistics and all that good stuff.

You can also create an following on Facebook if you want to get even more traffic to your website.

Adsense could earn a little bit.. but honestly, I would have a website with great content that is constantly being updated. Try and build a list by offering a fr33 ebook, then use the list to promote products, whether it be supplements, or another ebook or whatever.

Why make chump change? You could make some huge bucks if you do this right.

Sorry haven't posted back in a while. I'm currently brainstorming what I should offer my visitors via my popup subscription opt-in box. Currently I am offering entry to a weekly giveaway and subscriptions to supplement discounts. Anybody have any better options for me?

In your niche I would definitely go with CPA. CPA, if used correctly, can be a very lucreative income stream. Try to find some supplement offers. Clickbank even. Adsense will only really work if your traffic is organic and your website informative.

Really you are having a good blog I think...If you are keep posting some informative thing you can get more traffic and also try with social media like facebook and twitter to get more traffic.
then you can earn money from adsence :)

Make sure the colours of your CTA and Opt-in box are orange or yellow (so long as they contrast with your website).

You're welcome! There was a more detailed version about marketing colours I had found before (one that mentioned when not to use certain colours such as red), but I cannot find it. I may have a copy of it uploaded to my business website, although I would need to search through my images to find it.

To build your list, giveaway free Bodybuilding eBooks for subscribing your newsletters. Ask your visitors to like you Facebook page or follow you on Twitter to get latest tricks and tips on Bodybuilding.
