You can see my domain in the image on this post. I dont want to list it because I feel the google bots watching. I have been working on my bread and butter site for my offline business and it will not stick. As you can see in the image I have been improving rankings over and over only to get slapped again and again. I am running out of funding for this. I have done SEO work for 5 other sites in the past and have never had this much trouble and most are still ranking on the first page. What am I doing wrong?

I posted on WF also asking why this is happening and one person is explaining to me that I do not have enough pages on my site. So before I start making a page for each keyword and writing landing pages can someone here confirm this is my problem? Or am I having problems with my backlinking?

If I can not figure out this problem, my business is going to go down the drain. Help rank1.jpg

Maybe you could provide some more information about how you are doing your SEO.

On webmaster tools it lists at about 300 backlinks? At first I did things the old fashioned way and really did not concentrate on anchor text diversity and that is when I had my first drop in rankings. Then I hired SEO services to do the backlinks with high link diversity and it gained a little traction. I have at least 80 different kws attached to the links. I do have some links built to the inner pages but very few.

Then I have about 150 citations done. Most of the increases in rank on the charts are after about 50 citations are done at a time. Its almost like I should have never touched backlinking and just done citations.

I have not had any fiverr gigs or any garbage like that. I have also just added some schema markup on the footer.

On Feb. 9 I sent in a file to google to disavow links in desperation. I have not seen any changes since then.

What ever the problem is its not that you are not having own page per keyword as you could rank even one pager for multiple keywords. Having own page per keyword would make ranking easier, but its not mandatory to do.

Your problem could be link velocity. Sites need a constant stream of high quality and relevant links. Have you been ordering a SEO package, then sitting back to watch serp changes?

Usually I order a package a month. How could link velocity be affecting serp. I was afraid of doing to many links and having it fall. I actually recently had a package completed and it had absolutely no affect. I checked links also and they seemed legit.

Try finding a monthly drip feed package, 10+ links or more a day. One package a month is doing nothing for your site, and without even knowing what niche you are in know this combined with some branding will stabilize your rankings.

I have been given multiple reasons now and I feel they are all valid and common seo knowledge but something is causing the major drops to happen and that is what I want to know. It has now just tanked.

Have you thrown your site on opencerebro to plot it out vs the competition?

Thanks. That is a great tool. I did not know about that site. It is telling me that I have 7 .ru backlinks out of over 400. How bad is that?

My cerebro score is triple my top 3 competitors. The only difference is that they have more content. Is the content considered site wide or just on the main pages?

I only have 2 out of 305. MY site dates back to 2012/early 2013 with content.

You can dial it in for the main page or one of the subs. If I go to my sub pages my content web rating skyrockets vs what the main page is at.

Dude you can pm me if you like. Looks like your hitting a brick wall. Its not an easy thing. But ive been there.

First of all I would suggest you remove that attached image since it is displaying your keywords which is something
I am never personally comfortable with on a public forum whether it is National or Local SEO.

What Keyword tracker are you using and is it GEO targeted? :)

You are going to have to tell us a little more about what you have been doing.

This thread is a few months old. I have since gave up on this website. I still watch it since it is the only website I have for my business but I am planning on scrapping it all together as there is something going on that neither I or people I have hired can not identify.

According to one person I hired for my google plus business page, I have some kind of glitch in my business plus page also. We contacted google and their comments were that they have never seen anything like it and told us they really do not know how to fix it. It was something in the coding and I do not know what it was exactly other than google itself not knowing how it happend. Kind of hard to believe.

My website has not had any seo done too it but just like in the charts it still jumps up after about a week then down and has been repeating that pattern and I have not been doing anything to it for about 2 months.

I would like to know what "glitch" is happening so I can do it to my competitors!

So I checked back and manually searched on google for a few of my keywords and noticed something odd. Pages that have my backlinks on them are now outranking my website that they are backlinking too. One of the pages was backlinking to a completely different keyword anchor text than the keyword I entered for the search and yet that page outranked my website page that was optimized (not over optimized) for that keyword.

CAN SOME ONE GIVE ME A LOGICAL ANSWER TO WHY ??? How is that possible and what kind of algorithm does that?
:confused::confused: :banghead:

100% pure BS. This guy doesn't have a clue, instead he pretends to know and throws-out a bunch of buzzwords.

Well it seems my links are of good quality since they are out ranking my actual site.
