Getting SEOAP license for cheap.

no idea what SEOAP is (probably a SEO software / service), but if the license is legit I would take it. It's risky, yes, but if he doesn't need it anymore and can transfer all of the credentials (login username, password, his name, etc) to you without SEOAP owners figuring out I would definitely take it if the SEOAP thing is so valuable to you. But I would first demand that he grants me free access so I can test drive it (because he might be banned or something, so you might end up paying for something that doesn't work). And make sure you're only paying via Paypal (or some payment method that protects you from scams)

SEO Autopilot, I am more interested in knowing why other person could be selling. What if they're trying to dump it and go because google might be coming up with new regulations.

oh shoot, I did hear about SEO Autopilot before (I never used it, though, and I can see that it costs $1900, HOLY CRAP that's a lot of money)...
Anyway, he could sell it for many reasons, we obviously can't know why he's really selling it even we ask him nicely
... But, like I said, if you want this software badly (looks pretty good at a 1st glance) you should bite the bullet but ask him to record a video of him using it (or to let you test drive it yourself) before paying, because there might be some issues with his membership.On the plus side he might be selling it because he found a better software and he has no use for this anymore... or maybe he's quitting SEO, you never know what his reasons are and I don't think you should care about them anyway (they're his own personal reasons).
How did you find this guy anyway? Or how did he find you to outright contact you and ask whether you're interested in this? I'm just curious

He's kinda my mentor. For trust part I can trust him. My doubts were about maybe they're thinking SEOAP is going obsolete and just dumping. But if you trust the guy and don't mind losing that money (in case that something is / goes wrong) I'd say go for it! I just checked a few videos about this software because I've always known about it but never bothered to test it, and it looks good, as I said previously. But it also seems to only be useful for tier 2+ backlinks, so keep this in mind if you buy it

I need it for tier 2/tier 2+ backlinks. For now I have read that it's still good.that's also possible
